Ahhh, so summer has started. But I'm stuck waking up every day at 6:30 AM so I can get to work at 8. I'm working at Expeditors International for the summer 8-5 Monday thru Friday. I just went out and bought about $200 worth of clothes. And believe me, it doesn't look like much. :P I have to dress professionally for work. And since I have almost no idea what that means, I've just been stocking up on the button up shirts and nice pants. Anyway, my e-mail is feiya.wang@expeditors.com if anyone wants to drop me a line :). Fun stuff. Anyway, gl to everyone and may your summer be sunny and full of sleeping in.

Okay, so I wasn't going to post this but the questions in this quiz were so bizzare. I have no idea how they came up with these answers from animals...

However, it was definitely interesting. The first four are kind of scary in how I think they're kind of accurate, but the last four may or may not be true.

The Keys to Your Heart

You are attracted to those who are unbridled, untrammeled, and free.

In love, you feel the most alive when everything is uncertain, one moment heaven... the next moment hell.

You'd like to your lover to think you are stylish and alluring.

You would be forced to break up with someone who was emotional, moody, and difficult to please.

Your ideal relationship is comforting. You crave a relationship where you always feel warmth and love.

Your risk of cheating is zero. You care about society and morality. You would never break a commitment.

You think of marriage something you've always wanted... though you haven't really thought about it.

In this moment, you think of love as commitment. Love only works when both people are totally devoted.

Okay I admit, this is pretty sad that I'm posting after such a long time to do something random...but I like doing random things.

1. Grab the nearest book.
2. Open the book to page 123.
3. Find the 5th sentence.
4. Post the sentence in your weblog along with these instructions.
5. Don't search for the coolest book; only the one closest to you.

*NOTE: Unfortunately, on page 123 of the book I chose is this big diagram but I will post the caption*

Figure 5.9. Details of floor construction for a Japanese house. Note the traditional stone-supported posts of the raised floor. Shown are joists, braces, foundation stones, columns, and an exploded view and plan of a floor-beam joint. (See front cover.) --Traditions in Architecture: Africa, America, Asia, and Oceania by Dora P. Crouch & June G. Johnson

Okay, in other news really quick:
1. I'm going to be STC Treasurer next year.
2. Bricolage's 22nd edition is coming out soon $5 each.
3. I just finished attending the STC Conference, it was cool, they gave us a shoulder bag, umbrella, and leather note taking thing. I also got a free t-shirt from one of the booths and a yo-yo that lights up from the Microsoft booth.
4. I have a little over 400k in meat in KOL :D

Here's my Spring 2005 Schedule.

What isn't in there is that I'm going to try to work out at the IMA after my Tuesday and Thursday ARCH 251 class. Yesterday was my first day ever working out at the IMA and I got a little basket all to myself for the entire quarter *beams*. Tomorrow I plan to work out some more and take a shower there. Last time I just ran for 1/2 hour and did a few chest presses and then checked e-mail and had a protein shake. I couldn't take a shower because I neglected to bring my shower slippers (forgot what it's like to be in the dorms already). And you KNOW the chances of someone having athlete's foot in those showers are way higher.

I am obsessed with these items these days:
- broccoli & cheddar soup
- Frolf (i.e. RibbitKing for GameCube)
- Kingdom of Loathing

Sooo...lots has happened recently, the most interesting being that Zach and I went to Gameworks and played the arcade games there (you know, the kind that you use tokens and get tickets). AND I HIT THE JACKPOT! It was on this game that you put a coin in the slot and the coin rolls down this ramp that keeps on moving from left to right and there's these really thin slots that if the coin goes through, the bulldozers push all the coins off. Anyway, there was this middle slot that had 1500+ tickets jackpot and that's the one that one of my coins made it through :D. So, we got a lot of stuff. It was really funny, Zach was standing by thinking about something else even though it looked like he was watching and when I did it, I was like "Oh my gosh...I did it." And he was like *silence* and I was like, "Zach, Zach! I did it!!" And he was like, "Did what...oh, OH!" But that was pretty much it. No jumping up and down or anything. And then we had to wait there for like ten minutes until the machine finished spitting out the tickets. Last night we watched Ben in Scapin, a funny play. And sometime before Tuesday, we're going to watch Three Seasons, this Vietnamese movie that Minh let me borrow once and I totally loved it and we rented it from Scarecrow and it had a $200 deposit on it. Apparently it's kind of rare. Anyway, it was a really long time ago that I saw it and I'm not sure if I'll like it as much the second time around but all I remember was that I thought it was really beautiful. However, I actually read the back of the DVD this time and I'm not too sure I understood what the plot was exactly the first time around, so it'll be interesting.
