HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!! Yay, it's the Year of the Female Water Black Sheep! Now don't get me wrong, astrology is just plain idolatry, but sometimes, it's just sooo silly that it's funny. Well, have a good Chinese New Year. Eat egg rolls (like my mom's), get hong bao's (red packets), and pour lots of tea. It's PARTY TIME!!!

Ahhhh, I've been trying to post something all day, talking about how dumb I was, related to my math midterm, but blogging is kind of REALLY frustrating because it doesn't work a lot. Anyway, the short of it is that I thought I got 34/50 but when I came back and actually looked closer at my test, it was actually a 3.4 out of 4.0 and I got 43/50. Nine whole points makes a big difference especially if it's above the average or not.
Also, Diane went back to the tri-cities to watch Les Mes which is an awesome musical. Here's the whole storyline. I loved it. Dan and I got to see the production while we were in London and it was just so moving, especially the parts where the characters prayed and there was just so much raw love in it.
One last thing, get $20 because you bought a CD during 1995 to 2000.

Wednesdays are interesting, in one aspect, it's one of my busiest days with that 6 hour block of classes, but then again, it's also my most relaxed day because everything is due on Tuesday and Wednesdays, so after classes, it's almost like the weekend. But, not exactly since I have a math cheat sheet I need to make for the midterm tomorrow. And yay! My laundry is being done right now, it's great, the south tower of Haggett (where I live) was all full, but the north tower had all of their washers open, so I went over there to do my loads. Dinner @ the Ave.

Man, who knew doing those last couple questions on the Chemistry lab #2 would take so long? Now I'm waiting for the 5 pages to print. I went to the Husky Career Luncheon and sat with a whole table of Seniors/Graduates/one Ph.D student from BioEngineering and listened to them talk. It sounds kind of scary, trying to find a job. And then I was wondering if I should look into another major but when I came back from physics, I had some mail and it was from the BioE department, sending me a letter, a CD, a bookmark, and a BioE sticker and telling me that since I'm interested in BioE, I should early apply. Which is what I was planning to do from the beginning. :) So I guess God is still pushing me towards this path. Funnily, now I have a BioE sticker, and a Computer Science & Engineering tattoo, UW is just kind of weird like that.
I checked my Physics' exam grades recently and !!! it says for one of the parts that I got like 51/50?! And then that I got 17/20 on another section of it. There's still 30 points they haven't graded yet so...
It's my dad's birthday today (he's 50!), so I called home and told him happy birthday :).
I hope the Physics supplementary problems aren't too hard...if they are, I might just have to DIE. ;) Which probably won't help me at all and cause me to take even longer to do the problems.

Yay!! Craig figured out what was wrong with my physics problem!!! :P I was off by 0.1 on my velocity which really screwed up the force. I feel good now though, FINALLY I kicked that physics butt. Now to go kick some math booty. I Love you Dan!!! :-* thanks for explaining how Craig got the right answer :). Dan's still a freaking genius.

Matt Zhang--->VenWu225 (8:05:37 PM): ~Beauty of a Woman~
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears,
The figure she carries, or the way she combs her hair.
The beauty of a woman must be seen from her eyes,
Because that is the doorway to her heart,
The place where love resides.
The beauty of a woman Is not in a facial mole,
But true beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul.
It is the caring that she lovingly gives,
The passion that she shows.
The beauty of a woman
With passing years -- only grows.
Matt's a nice guy. But not anywhere as nice or great as Dan :).
AHHHHH, like NO ONE can figure out my freaking physics problem!! I swear, Tycho (the online system that is in charge of HW) is at fault. :( I'm really sick of doing math too but I have a quiz tomorrow, then a midterm on Thursday. Obviously there's much more urgent things I could be doing at the moment. Okay okay, the overwhelming guilt is getting to me! I'm going to go back to work *sigh*.

Lethargic is what I feel. Dilligently stressed is what I should be feeling. Really shouldn't have stayed up til 4 am. I was actually being productive though...I finished my Webassign Chemistry HW. Then I sewed my left pocket of my jacket. It's kind of funny if you think about it. Four o'clock in the morning, I'm sitting on my bed, sewing. I value sleep, really, I do.
