I am an Asian-American college student majoring in Technical Communications at the University of Washington. My Spring Quarter 05 Schedule: posTComm, TC 403, TC 407, ARCH 251, ESS 495.
All I need to do is find a PAID summer internship and I'm set!
Looked around the city Ate, then played mini golf Then I rock climbed
Then we did more shopping and ate sausages on the way home. But we only stopped at our house for like 2 minutes and then we drove to Cecil's house and watched the fireworks for a while (man Richland's SUCKED! What happened to PNNL $$$?) then went downstairs and played 007 capture the flag. On the NCube of course. And now I'm finally at home. I'm going to finish this card and then crawl into bed and hopefully I'll wake up at a decent hour so I can call Dan and hang out with him. :) Shopping in Leavensworth was great.

Sweeeett!! I was doing some blog surfing and while I didn't have the time to read Jason Shaw's blogs, I was looking at his long list of large type links and came upon Calvin's snow art. I LOVE Calvin & Hobbes Snow Art. They're my favorite, the other types that I like would be the ones which feature Calvin making his parents either feel guilty or making fun of their "tyranny". Anyway, it's an awesome site. Don't miss the color ones at the bottom link. I updated my online photo gallery yesterday. Thank goodness it's the weekend. What am I doing for the 4th of July? Going to Leavenworth. The sad thing about this is that it's our 1 yr mark of when we got engaged. Actually, I only realized this two minutes ago. But okay, the sad thing is that I'm not even going to get to see him at all. He was originally going to go with my family but that was when we planned to go on Saturday. Then my parents decided to change it last minute to Friday...I had a feeling something like this was going to happen :(. He's a good boy though and is going to stay at home for the 4th so he can spend it with his family, his grandma and uncle and aunt are going to watch the fireworks with him and his family at their house up in Country Ridge. We'll probably make it back in time to see some Tri-Cities fireworks but we're going to Cecil's house for their party when we come back.
I'm crazy. I got finished with work at around 3:20 and since neither of my mentors were in I decided to take a little walk. I walked from 331 all the way to PSL in, get this, 1/2 hour. Believe me, being a U-Dubber really increases the speed of your walking, especially if you're always late to class, speed walk for 15 minutes straight? No sweat. I'm just glad I didn't get sunburned and also that I got to spend the rest of the day with Dan.

I got back from a crab-kickin' weekend at the Oregon Coast, we rented this house that was near Newport and stayed in it with two other families.
And I only took 88 pictures this weekend so it'll take a while to get them organized. I went crabbing at night with the adults though and a crab pinched my finger! Ouchie would have been an understatement. It bled a little but it wasn't gushing or anything and I still have the finger so that's good. And I also finished reading the 5th Harry Potter book. I do enjoy work at PNNL, but I totally don't enjoy having to wake up so early. Who knew partying hard would be so tiring? I feel sleep deprived, my finger hurts, and I don't know where anything is because it's all packed. :P. Yeah yeah, complain complain, ;) I'm glad I got to go at all, I mean, I had to take a day off from work and my boss was totally cool with it. And although it sucked not to be around Dan, I called him every day I was gone and talked to him, hardly any difference than it is at school.
