I am an Asian-American college student majoring in Technical Communications at the University of Washington. My Spring Quarter 05 Schedule: posTComm, TC 403, TC 407, ARCH 251, ESS 495.
All I need to do is find a PAID summer internship and I'm set!
Okay, this has been bugging the heck out of me. So a few days ago, I blogged a picture of donut peaches that I got off of Google. I accidently put the wrong link for the picture and now Blogger is being stupid and won't let me edit it. So...Here's the picture:
Ahhh, I got a lot of PR done today and uploaded a ton of new photos. I was looking through the Europe Albums today that has all the pictures that Dan and I took from our trip last summer and my gosh, I can't hardly believe how beautiful it all was and how beautiful we were. It must have been the air. Hah, the funny thing on the trip was that a few times, I out ate Dan, like at one of the Hard Rock Cafes that we went to, I think the one in Paris, we both ordered the same thing, this huge hamburger (kinda a mini Miner's burger) and we both managed to finish, but I ate pretty much the entire ice cream sundae while Dan had like a bite. Speaking of food, there's clam chowder downstairs and I'm aiming to get some before it's gone. Laterz.

Quite the day. I picked 15 lbs of donut peaches, quite the haul huh ;)? Then I played some Super Nintendo...on the computer. Then at noon, Megan came over and we waited for a while, then Dan came over, then the three of us ended up waiting 50 minutes (we played 3-person pool in the meantime (it's called Cutthroat)) for Megan's friend Nick, who was the main reason we all got together. He's fluent in Mandarin, but he's this really tall, really white, ex-RHS football player. And even funnier, he used his Chinese not in Taiwan, or 'East Asia' but in Australia, where there's 60% Asians in the universities. Well I was surprised anyway. We went to have pho in Kennewick, which I can conclude is vastly inferior to the one in Pasco. For one thing, the meat is way better in the place in Pasco. After that we played mini golf then went back to my house and played 5 games of Nick & Megan vs. Dan and me. It was actually pretty close, the score ended up being 2 to 3, Dan & me. Then they left and Dan ate dinner with me then around 7:45 Christine gives me a call and the whole posse congregated at her house to watch a 'scary movie' (1 Hour Photo) which wasn't so much scary as sad and creepy. Makes you kind of really want to go digital. We watched Iron Chef after that to make ourselves feel happier. Anyway, then after I came home from that and writing an e-mail, I went over to Jason's house and played some massive ping-pong. Now it's almost 2. Need some shut eye so I can be awake for tomorrow. Pictures from today's event will be up some time this week.
