I am an Asian-American college student majoring in Technical Communications at the University of Washington. My Spring Quarter 05 Schedule: posTComm, TC 403, TC 407, ARCH 251, ESS 495.
All I need to do is find a PAID summer internship and I'm set!
So it's 5 o'clock already and what I've done so far can be summed up in a few pictures. A bunch of us went to brunch at the 8, but Diane, Christine and I didn't eat much because we were planning to eat lunch with SK and Jon.
Brent's munching on a biscuit.
SK is awesome and not just because we had a 4 hour lunch. He drove out to pick us up, then we drove all the way to Redmond (NOT Renton):
Diane just happens to be standing in front of the AZN car that has a licence plate that said 'Mr. Rice'.
Definitely a place I would go to again if I was in the neighborhood, SK's dad is cool, the food is superb, much better than ChinaFirst.
Isn't it funky?
Okay yeah...I just photoshopped the previous pix, as if that wasn't already obvious...
Thanks to SK for being a total asian and treating us to lunch ;)!
Now I'm going to hopefully get my (*shudder* I can't believe this is coming out of my mouth...what has the world come to? -shakes head-) CS homework done.

I finally finalized my schedule and it's updated and you can dl it to the left here. :) I thought it'd be nice for all of you whom I'm stalking. Yes, you're welcome, you can reverse stalk me now.
Today was pretty awesome. I got to talk to Dan on the phone for 98 minutes, we shared some good stories. CRU was great, I got to talk and it came out just the way I wanted it to, the Lord was gracious. I'm not going to type out my whole speech, because I added some to it and yeah, it just wouldn't be the same, but I will post the poem that I wrote. Sadly, you won't be able to get the full effect of it because some of the parts are in Chinese. But I'll just Babel fish it and paste the characters here and we'll see if that works.
Wow it snowed like crazy today! I'm glad school was canceled though. I feel like I got a lot accomplished today...found my English class, after treking all the way down to Fisheries, getting semi-lost, and coming into class 1/2 hour late. I wasn't the latest one though! Then I ate at the South Center, treked all the way back, burned 6 CDs for each of my mission trip team members, filled out my PNNL application, and went to Bible Study and then got these pictures done. Hm...and yet almost none of that was school related. But it all needed to get done! Tomorrow's goal is to get my CRU little blurb hammered out. Ahhh, it's so nice not to have class till 11:30. :D
