I just got back from picking donut peaches and my parents and I picked EXACTLY 160! Which came out to be about 39 1/2 pounds. Man I love those things. I'm really tired though. Got woken up at 9 :( SLEEP MUST HAVE SLEEP

Whoa...I know it's been a while since I've blogged, but....wow, what happened to blogger?  It's changed...again!  :P right when I was getting used to it. Blah anyway:

Friday Five

1. Who is your favorite comedian?
Dude!!  Robin Williams!!  The guy freaking rocks.

2. Would you ever watch this person with your grandmother around? Why or why not?
Heck yeah...even though I don't think my grandma would understand since she only knows about a hundred English words.  I heard his Broadway show was a bit more risque.

3. Have you ever seen them live? What was the ticket price?
Nope, I wish.

4. What is your favorite joke or line from one of their shows?
Hmmm, I've always been quite fond of his quote:   "God gave men a penis and a brain, but not enough blood to use both at the same time."

5. Cake or Death?
Hmmm, since this is one of those loaded questions, I decided to do the nerdy thing and GOOGLE IT.
yeah...weird I know

I still don't understand.  Apparently there's some guy named Eddie Izzard and he is some how connected to this cake or death thing.  No...wait, I think it has to do with this picture titled "Cake or Death" by this guy named Mike "GWYDIAN" Wiseman.  Whoa, this Eddie guy is a transvestite...which totally makes me think of Rocky Horror.

Alright, here's a first inkling:

A joke about it:
Imagine the Church of England going around instead of the Spanish Inquisition.
CoE: YOU THERE!
Man: Me?
CoE: YES YOU! CAKE OR DEATH?
Man: what?
CoE: CAKE OR DEATH?
Man: Umm...cake?
CoE: Dammit at this rate we're gonna run outta cake.

Since I don't know anything about the Church of England, I'm just going to assume it's weird British humor...something Monty Python-like.  That was interesting though, research can be fun and rewarding kids!  :)

Last night was super tite!!  We played mah jong at Steve-O's house and I won the last game!!!  Although, it was kind of only Jonathan against me...since both Steve and Alice/Dan messed up.  Heh anyway, the point is that I won.  Man that game totally rocks...it's great, we should definitely play it up at UW :D  Yeah, kick all ya'll's butts.

Yeah, my blogging has been kind of sporatic. The good old days were when I used to blog at least two times a day, that month or two where I blogged a poem a day. I was way dedicated let me tell ya.

I had a great weekend, lots of chillaxin' and some good convos. Sat. I hung out with the TC group + youth group + Irvin and we saw King Arthur...which was a gritty movie, it was alright though. Then we went for STARBUCKS!! :D Which is what Irvin and I had already planned on so it was cool. Then I had another bright idea of having the rest of the people there, all the guys, come over to my house and shoot some pool. Lots of yelling at Jonathan ensued ;). Then we took forever to decide where to eat, but like the decisive woman that I am, we ended up going to Woo's Terriaki...no bubble tea though :'( but James was super cool and paid for us all! Then we headed to Alice's house and watched Fulltime Killer, a story about two assasins and the woman that they both love. It was a pretty cool movie. Then Irvin, Alice and I had some good convos and I didn't get to bed until 1.

The next day, which was Sunday, I hurriedly cleaned my room in the morning and then went to Bethel, sat with Zach's familia, then basically waited around for Michael to find his way to my house so we could go eat. I was starved! We went to Some Bagels and it was good. Then we went to RHS and I showed him the Home of the Bombers ;). He definitely improved in pool, he won most of the games that we played even though I got in some practice the day before. We drove around the Tri-Cities then ate dinner with Alice at Tony Roma's. The service wasn't great and my salmon steak was kind of weird, but I did get corn on the cob! We rented EuroTrip which I KNOW looks totally stupid, but it wasn't actually bad at all. LOL, the song itself is great...Scotty doesn't know...! It's kind of a terrible song...but the lyrics are really funny because of the context of the movie. And then they play it throughout the whole movie, kind of a theme song, reminding everyone the reason why he's going on this crazy trip. AND the lead singer in the movie singing this song is none other than Matt Damon, with a buzz cut and all punk'd out. Speaking of, I gotta remember to go return it tomorrow. W00t, it was fun hanging out with everyone.
