I am an Asian-American college student majoring in Technical Communications at the University of Washington. My Spring Quarter 05 Schedule: posTComm, TC 403, TC 407, ARCH 251, ESS 495.
All I need to do is find a PAID summer internship and I'm set!
...I'm formatting my desktop tonight. I think SP2 screwed it up, pretty much ever since I dled that, it's been steadily going downhill. Oh well, at least I have this lappy. Right now I'm backing up a bunch of movies, Scrubs and Naruto over to my HD. It's really horrible, I can get on AIM and DC on my desktop as it is right now, but when I try to pull up IE, it's just blank, even if I wait like a few minutes (which is like eternity in UW Ethernet time).
One sad thing happened, I was going to go up to Bellingham with Michael and check out WWU and hang with Jamey, but turns out Jamey's actually coming to Seattle for Ryan's birthday. Soooo, I'm going to have brunch with her instead. This means however that I'll be able to go to Northgate this weekend, and that I'll also be able to make it to my 2nd flag football game, which of course, all of you guys are more than welcome (and strongly encouraged) to come and cheer at, it's at 1:30 at the IMA soccer fields, right behind the tennis courts. Bring your Pom-Poms! :D

Today I had my FIRST flag football game. Since there were only like 4 girls there I got to play both offense and defense. Although the guys explained everything pretty well, I'm really glad I played powder puff at Richland 'cause then I knew what was going on. While the practice was really wet and kinda boring, today was an amazing day for a game. The IV co-ed flag football team totally kicked butt. While I'm not too sure about the score, the important thing is we won. I even caught a ball! Also, I took one for the team by both getting pushed while I was down by the huge guy and also this same guy kicked me while I was trying to pull his flag. He flew pretty good. I think I'm going to get a bruise but it was worth it. And now it's time for homework, since I have lots and lots to do. I saw Magnolia last night with Zach and Ben at Ben's house. I've been wanting to see it for a while since Minh said it was his favorite movie. It was really weird. Not quite as weird as Velvet Goldmine, but still kinda random. It's actually kind of violent. I didn't like it too well though, it was kind of confusing. It was a lot of fun discussing the movie afterwards though that cleared some stuff up. So all in all the weekend has been good, from kick butt action to movies. Now it's back to working hard. I'm also looking forward to next weekend for a trip up to Bellingham with Michael so we can visit our friends. That should be super tight.
